As we get older, age, mature or whatever you wish to call it, we likely will face aches and pains that we never thought about when we were Seniors ( in high school ). We wish to keep class members informed to be able to offer support, prayers, and cards. Our utmost concern is to respect the privacy of everyone. Therefore, only information that is received directly via e-mail or a phone call from individuals will be posted on the website.

Help Needed
This is in regards to our class website. It would be wise for another person or persons to become involved with me in the administration of our website. It would not consume a great amount of time and I am sure you would enjoy doing it. If, in the event, someone would not be able to perform the maintenance, there would be backup able to help. I would be happy to share with you what it involves and work with anyone interested. The main thing would be to share the security information to gain access for the maintenance of the site to make adds, deletions, and changes to keep it current. So, if this is something you would be interested in, please let me know. I would be happy to talk to you. We could also extend this opportunity to a younger person, a child or grandchild. Dale

February 26th, we are past the mid point of winter and headed toward spring. Chances are good that we can expect a bit more of what winter can offer. A great day for our monthly luncheon. 24 came out to enjoy the fellowship and good food. Sorry I was not able to attend. When an opportunity comes up, I don't like to turn it down. Hey, we were honored to have a classmate with us for the first time. Welcome to Judy Shreiner-Shoemaker. We hope you enjoyed our get together and plan to join us again. As always, we enjoyed a wonderful time of reminiscing and fellowship. On a sad note, we lost two classmates recently. David ( Jack) Shoemaker passed February 13, 2025 and James Umbrell passed February 15, 2025. Our condolences go out to the families of David and James. They would appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Their address's are listed on the "Events" page of the website.
Our next luncheon will be March 26th.
This summer, our reunion will be on
August 16 from 3:00 to 7:00
at the VFW in Chambersburg.

As I was awaiting permission to post Richard Burn's admission to an Alzheimer's Facility, I received an e-mail of his passing yesterday, February 4, 2025. Richard's wife, Betty Sanders-Burns is a member of our graduating class of 61. You may wish to send cards of condolence or encouragement to Betty.
