This is for those who may be interested in what the future holds for the old school building at the corner of East Queen Street and South Third Street. Through FCADC, Franklin County Area Development Corp., McKissick Associates of Harrisburg have plans in the works to perform a major repurposing of the property where many of us went to school. The project is titled
 " Work, Live, Learn ". The project will likely take more than a year to complete the initial phase. Information on the project may be found on the following website: .

It is with sad heart that we share the obituary of a fellow classmate.

Darryl E. Heckman

Born December 7, 1943, Passed October 15, 2018 
Darryl served four years in the United States Coast Guard
He spent from 1971 thru 1993 with the Pennsylvania State Police and from 1998 to 2003 as Fulton County Coroner

Visitation will be at the Sipes Funeral Home in McConnellsburg, PA October 22 from 6:00p to 8:00p

A memorial service will be at the funeral home October 23
at 1:00p

Passing Of A Classmate

It is with deep condolences that we lost another classmate.
Larry Heck died Sunday February 24, 2019 in Gettysburg Hospital.
Larry was born August 21, 1941 to the late John Paul Sr. and Margaret Kriner Heck. Larry served in the U.S. Army National Guard, he was the former co-owner and operator of Diffy's Drive-In in Shippensburg, PA. Larry ended his career as manager of Guilford Water Authority where he worked for 34 years, retiring in 2012. In 2011 he was awarded the American Water Works Association-Operators Meritorious Award. Larry was a member of King Street Church, the American Legion Post 612. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed the tranquility of watching wildlife at his cabin. His greatest joy was his family and his love for his grandchildren. Also special to him were the good times with his Knob Hill extended family.

We were recently made aware of the passing of two classmates and the passing of the husband of a classmate. 

James Kirkpatrick, husband of Diane Eberly-Kirkpatrick passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Diane's address is 
804 Stanley Ave, Chambersburg, PA  17202.

Ronald Rowles passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018. 
Ronald was a resident at Menno Haven  2227 Scotland Avenue
Chambersburg, PA  17202  Room 408

Robert Brookens passed away Saturday, December  29, 2018.
Robert lived at 1420 Finch Lane, Milford, Ohio  45150.
